The Program includes structured lessons, materials, and personalized guidance delivered via online platforms. Specific session details, schedules, and modalities will be communicated upon enrollment.

2. Payment and Access
Enrollment in a 3-month payment plan is required at the time of purchase to enroll in the Program. Access to program materials and sessions will be granted upon successful payment.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments for the Chinese Accelerator coaching program are non-refundable, without exception.

By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your purchase secures your spot, and resources are allocated in advance.

If a dispute arises regarding your purchase, we ask that you contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating any payment platform claim. Showing proof of these agreed-upon terms may be used to respond to disputes filed with Stripe or PayPal.

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and resources provided during the Program are the intellectual property of Victor Talking LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Modification of Terms
Victor Talking LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
