The Korean Accelerator is a one-month (four-week) coaching program designed to help participants make significant progress in their Korean language learning journey. The Program includes structured lessons, materials, and personalized guidance delivered via online platforms. Specific session details, schedules, and modalities will be communicated upon enrollment.

2. Payment and Access
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to enroll in the Program. Access to program materials and sessions will be granted upon successful payment.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments for the Korean Accelerator coaching program are non-refundable, without exception.

By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are receiving a digital coaching service with scheduled sessions, personalized content, and limited availability.
  • Your purchase secures your spot and resources are allocated in advance.
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations, missed sessions, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction once the Program has begun or after payment is processed.

This strict no-refund policy is enforced to protect the integrity of the coaching experience and ensure fairness for all clients.

4. Client Responsibility
Participation requires a commitment to attend sessions, complete assignments, and actively engage in the process. Results depend on your individual effort, and we make no guarantees regarding language proficiency outcomes.

5. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding your purchase, we ask that you contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating any payment platform claim. Showing proof of these agreed-upon terms may be used to respond to disputes filed with Stripe or PayPal.

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and resources provided during the Program are the intellectual property of Victor Talking LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Modification of Terms
Victor Talking LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
