1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases made from Victor Talking LLC, including but not limited to:

• 12-Week Accelerator Training (digital course)

• Speaking Accelerator (digital course)

• 17 Steps Course (digital course)

• Real Life Korean (digital course)
• Real Life Chinese Listening Course (digital course)
• Chinese Starter Kit (digital course)
• 12 Secrets (digital course)

• Any upsells, downsells, order bumps, bundles, or future digital offers (“Courses”).

By purchasing any Course, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Nature of Services

• All Courses are digital educational programs delivered online through Kajabi or other platforms designated by Provider.

• Access to Courses is granted immediately after purchase.

• Since access is delivered instantly, all Courses are deemed fully delivered at the time of purchase.

3. Non-Refund Policy

• All sales are final.

• Because Courses are digital products with immediate access to intellectual property, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances.

• By completing checkout, Customer acknowledges and agrees to this non-refund policy.

4. Customer Responsibility

• Customer is solely responsible for maintaining access to their account and ensuring they can log in to the platform.

• Provider is not responsible for technical issues related to Customer’s device, internet, or email access.

5. Intellectual Property

• All Course content, including videos, materials, and resources, is the exclusive property of Victor Talking LLC.

• Customer receives a personal, non-transferable license for individual educational use only.

• Customer may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any Course content without written consent.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

• By purchasing, Customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.

• Any attempt to do so will constitute a violation of this Agreement, and Provider reserves the right to pursue collection and recovery of fees, including legal costs.

7. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing and accessing any Course, Customer confirms that:

• They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service & Non-Refund Policy.

• They acknowledge that all Courses are digital, delivered instantly, and are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
